You will: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-output field crew across a regional travel areaOperate and oversee striping trucks, paint rigs, grinders, and traffic control setupsSet the pace by example—safe, efficient, preciseEnforce strict quality control and keep job sites organized and professionalReview specs, plan workflow, and coordinate equipment and manpower before rolloutSolve challenges in real time to keep roadway projects on scheduleCommunicate clearly with clients, project managers, and your crewMaintain documentation for work logs, time, and materialsProtect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and job-site safety This is leadership in motion—hands-on, respected, and essential.
