We’re searching for an experienced, energetic, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at a 320-unit multifamily community in Little Rock, Arkansas. If you are professional, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional resident experience—hands-on ResMan software experience required- we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and present the community’s features
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and communications through ResMan
• Process applications, prepare leases, and handle renewals
• Assist with resident relations and provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Support marketing efforts, including online listings and outreach
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and inspections
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams for smooth operations
What You’ll Bring
• ResMan software experience is required
• Previous leasing experience in multifamily housing preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
