We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our North Little Rock apartment community. The ideal candidate will assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional living experience for our residents. Experience with ResMan property management software is required.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Property Manager in leasing, marketing, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with rent collection, resident relations, and lease enforcement.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and manage office operations using ResMan.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure the property remains well-maintained.
- Represent the community professionally and courteously.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or residential leasing required.
- Proficiency in ResMan property management software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or management is a plus.
