Production Team Member – Plant Nutrition Manufacturing NPK Industries | Medford, OR $16/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9–5
NPK Industries is a fast-growing plant nutrition company, and we’re expanding our production team immediately. This is hands-on, physical work for people who like staying busy and taking pride in a solid day’s effort.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing repetitive production tasks with consistency and attention to detail
- Lifting, moving, and handling raw materials and finished products
- Standing and working on your feet for most of the shift
- Measuring, weighing, and handling materials accurately
- Keeping the production area clean, organized, and efficient
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Comfortable with physical labor and routine tasks
- Able to perform basic math for weights and measurements
- Able to lift consistently and work on your feet
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We’ll train the right person.
