Nightclub Security Guest Services
PRYSM Chicago is seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as Nightclub Security. In this role, you will ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests while providing exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a welcoming and secure environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly welcome.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general information about the nightclub.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with nightclub policies.
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
- Conduct ID checks and ensure all guests meet the legal age requirements for entry.
- Perform thorough bag checks and pat-downs to prevent prohibited items from entering the venue.
- Monitor and control access points to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.
- Work closely with other security team members and nightclub staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security training or certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in security, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform security checks.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
