Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management
- Proficient in Budgeting and Construction Management
- Experience in Project Management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with relevant construction codes, safety regulations, and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is a plus
