Job Description/Responsibilities:

• You will be the main point of contact between our group and our local end customer, managing and sourcing materials for multiple ongoing projects at the same time.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the status of your projects to the end customer regularly.
• You’ll work with both the end customer and external vendors to ensure that materials arrive on time and on budget, and be expected to proactively problem solve should obstacles arise.
• You will also be responsible for facilitating the flow of correct and accurate information between internal parties for each of your projects.

Requirements:

• · Bachelor’s degree or associate degree, preferably in a related field of study
• · 1-3 years experience
• · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
• · Excellent client-facing and internal spoken and written communication skills
• · Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking, the ability to self-manage
• · Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus'
