Recruitment Specialist

NPG Health is looking for an experienced Freelance/Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and own full-cycle hiring across our fast-paced advertising agency. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and help us find and engage the best talent in a highly competitive market. This is a freelance position, with the opportunity to continue beyond the initial engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full life cycle recruitment process for assigned level hires, both internally and externally
• Strategically partner with business leaders and work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR to understand our business objectives and multi-faceted, innovative and custom recruitment strategies.
• Ensure all staffing requisitions are properly approved, funded, posted and closed.
• Ensuring accuracy, relevance and FSLA compliance for all job descriptions.
• Drive Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion recruiting initiatives to expand our diverse talent pipeline and further diversify our employee population including delivering diverse candidates.
• Leverage data to drive hiring strategy within the business.
• Maintain candidate data accurately and in real time to ensure proper reporting and compliance.
• Advise Hiring Managers to ensure appropriate delivery of the recruitment process (feedback, interview resources, job specs, etc.)
• This role will be up to 40 hours per week with an initial duration period of up to 6 months.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience, life sciences agency experience required.
• The ideal candidate will bring recruiting experience across all departments: Account Services, Copy, Project Management, Creative, Digital, Client Strategy, etc.
• Experience sourcing for Managed Care/Market Access, Payers, Access and Reimbursement, is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; expert in engaging, qualified candidates, passive and active candidates.
• Best practice recruitment expertise with solid knowledge of the latest talent acquisition tools, legal regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and produce high volume pipelines under tight deadlines.
• Ability to create and provide a "best in class" candidate experience.
• Proven sourcing expertise including knowledge and experience with recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, social media, networking, etc.
