- Manage a full caseload of workers compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity.
- Create litigation plans.
- Create budget plans, if necessary.
- Conduct discovery.
- Travel to court and other appearances.
- Try cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction.
- Compose motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Prepare cases for trial.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to effectively represent clients.
- Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in the defense of workers compensation cases.
