The VP of Construction Operations would lead directors and others in the areas of design, estimating, pre-construction, project management, production/shop, and field operations. This person would set priorities, manage resources, and drive profitability.

Qualifications
Required experience & education:
- Bachelors degree
- 8 Years of commercial construction leadership experience
- Leadership experience in themed, non-residential, or specialty construction strongly preferred
- Construction experience including estimating, contracts, project delivery, and field operations
- Field construction experience.(Hard hat/boots in the field)
- Hands-on leadership experience leading teams and developing individuals
- Commercial construction experience
- EOS experience
