Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through construction completion
Manage project teams, schedules, and technical deliverables
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Provide technical leadership and ensure engineering excellence
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
Qualifications
Qualifications *
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Required (non-negotiable)
10 years of experience in an A/E consulting environment
Strong expertise in electrical system design and engineering
Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion
Leadership experience with team supervision and mentoring
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
