About the RoleOur client is a growing wealth management firm based in Wayne, PA seeking a skilled Senior Client Service Associate to support advisors serving high-net-worth individuals and businesses. The role is responsible for delivering high-level administrative, operational, and client relationship support across onboarding, account administration, and financial planning activities. This position reports directly to advisors and leadership within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The firm offers strong exposure to wealth management operations and values a proactive, client-first professional.
Key Responsibilities
Support financial advisors with administrative, operational, and client service responsibilities
Manage new client onboarding, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate
Process ACATs, account opening documentation, and account maintenance requests
Handle client communications via phone, email, written correspondence, and direct interaction
Execute money movement requests, operational processing, and advisor-directed trades
Monitor and process required minimum distributions (RMDs)
Prepare for and attend client review meetings; implement resulting action items
Maintain Salesforce databases and reporting; assist with eMoney data entry and financial planning support
Research client and security information through back-office systems
Support 401(k)-related service responsibilities and ensure compliance with firm and industry documentation standards
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting financial advisors within wealth management (RIA or broker-dealer serving HNW clients)
Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred; Series 24 is a plus
Exposure to financial planning and para-planning support
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; proficiency in Microsoft 365
Experience with Morningstar Advisor Workstation and/or Kestra is a plus
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills; Bachelor's degree preferred
