Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual targets.
- Partner with customers to identify needs and propose effective technical solutions.
- Present and demonstrate value-added products clearly and confidently.
- Coordinate with internal support teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges.
- Serve as the key link between customers and internal departments for delivery, performance, and design inquiries.
- Train customers on proper use and application of provided solutions.
- Identify, report, and help resolve customer issues, recommending improvements proactively and reactively.
- Bachelors/Associate's degree or technical background through hands-on experience
- 3 years of cutting tooling experience (strongly preferred)
- Strong work ethic; self-motivated and confident in decision-making
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presenter with persuasive, value-based selling skills
- Consultative, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented
- Creative problem solver
- Willing to travel up to 50%
