Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing work instructions and process documentation
- Create visual assembly aids based on engineering drawings and CAD files
- Support Engineering and Production with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Conduct layered process audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Manage engineering change implementation (APQP) and documentation control
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and standard work
- Support new product introductions by developing efficient manufacturing processes
- Assist with audit readiness and corrective action activities within the Quality Management System
- 25 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or process improvement
- Associate'sorBachelor'sdegree in a technicalfieldpreferred
- Experience creating work instructions and process documentation
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Ability to read engineering drawings and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and organizational skills
- Experience with Lean, 5S, standard work, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred
- Basic CAD knowledge or the ability to interpret engineering drawings preferred
