- Location: Lyons, NY - Centrally located near the far eastern suburbs of Rochester, NY in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of NYS. - Opportunity for highly qualified Family or Internal Medicine Physicians for community medicine opportunities in Outpatient Practices.
- Light call phone coverage only shared with other health system practices.
- This is an employed position in a physician-led organization.
- Pay Range: $285,000-$310,000 based on experience.
- Very generous compensation package to include competitive salary, incentives, student loan repayment, relocation package, sign-on bonus, on-site child day care.
- National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program-Awards up to $75,000 in return for a two-year service commitment.
- Doctor of Medicine in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
