- Handle predominantly plaintiff-side personal injury litigation matters through various stages of case development and resolution.
- Work on medical malpractice matters as applicable.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct discovery, legal research, and case analysis.
- Take and defend depositions as appropriate.
- Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
- Manage client communications and case development.
- Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy.
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
- Experience with discovery, motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings.
- Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Medical malpractice experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to independently manage an active caseload.
