Job Description

  • Oversee the total operations and clinical team members of the Operating Room.
  • Be accountable for the delivery of high-quality nursing care.
  • Manage the nursing unit administratively on a 24-hour basis.
  • Fulfill all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 5 years' experience within specialty (Operating Room)
  • 3 years management experience (Operating Room Preferred)
  • Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
