Manage and plan all engineering projects. Oversees product construction and testing to ensure completion of projects as efficiently and effectively as possible. Evaluates and approves changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project. Monitors progress and performance against the project plan.

Aligning the engineering team's efforts with the company's goals.This includes communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders, such as investors and customers.
Improving processes
Working to improve the efficiency, sustainability, and quality of processes and product designs.This includes reducing waste and ensuring processes meet compliance guidelines.
Securing resources
Researching and proposing capital investments to secure the resources teams need to succeed.This includes advocating for team members and ensuring they have access to training and professional development.

- Ability to interact with Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineering team members.

- This position will conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, and all state and federal regulations (such as 6S, Lean Manufacturing, OSHA, etc.). Bring problems to the attention of the Manager, Safety Manager or HR Director.
- Ensures all workplace safety standards and practices are upheld
- Perform tasks that require physical stamina and mobility.
- Stand, walk, and move around the manufacturing floor for extended periods.
- Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Work in an environment with elevated noise levels and temperature fluctuations.
- Potential exposure to hazardous materials (with appropriate safety precautions and protective equipment provided).
- Navigate through the manufacturing floor, including climbing stairs, bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Work extended hours, weekends, or overtime based on production demands.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years Manager Experience automotive HIGHLY preferred.
- 3 Years of experience within a company that has a moving production line.
- Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
