Job Description
- Conduct evaluations and weekly in-home therapy for infants and toddlers with developmental delays
- Develop and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in coordination with families and care teams
- Mentor staff and lead training, curriculum reviews, and quality assurance evaluations
- Review, provide feedback, and track documentation to support clinical standards
- Travel one day per week to Imperial County and throughout assigned regions
- Support team collaboration, documentation compliance, and staff development
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an NBCOT-accredited program
- Current California OT license (CBOT)
- At least 1 year of experience in pediatric and developmental disability settings (birth to 5 preferred)
- Valid CA drivers license and clean driving record; CPR/First Aid certification required (can be obtained upon hire)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Outlook and strong communication/documentation skills
