What Youll Do
- Maintain and enhance the enterprise IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and evolving business needs.
- Partner with the Director of IT and deputies to refine system architecture and update network diagrams.
- Track delivery of initiatives within the IT Strategic Plan, ensuring milestones and dependencies are clearly defined and monitored.
- Evaluate past tactical decisions and ensure they align with the target architecture, security posture, and longterm technology direction.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure initiatives are prioritized, sequenced, and executed effectively.
- Prepare executiveready reporting, dashboards, and documentation to support governance, decisionmaking, and strategic planning.
What You Bring
- Associates degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or equivalent preferred plus 5 years of experience in IT project management, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roadmapping, system architecture, and cloud-first environments.
- Experience developing or maintaining network diagrams, architecture documentation, or technical system maps.
- Proven ability to track complex initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, target architecture frameworks, and IT governance practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, executive-level insights.
