What Youll Do
- Lead and optimize Cisco Meraki network infrastructure (MX, switches, WAPs, cameras, SDWAN, security integrations).
- Manage Windows 11 endpoints, Dell hardware, and Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange).
- Oversee identity, compliance, and device management through Intune, Entra ID, GPO baselines, and Conditional Access.
- Administer NinjaOne for patching, remote management, software deployment, and ticketing workflows.
- Maintain IT governance: DR/BCP runbooks, SOPs, asset tracking, vendor coordination, and security best practices.
- Mentor junior IT staff and evaluate emerging technologies (VDI/AVD) to enhance performance and user experience.
What You Bring
- 5 years in IT network administration or IT operations management.
- Strong expertise with Cisco Meraki, Windows 11, AutoPilot, and Dell hardware.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online).
- Experience with cloud security tools (Azure Sentinel, SIEM platforms, Cisco Umbrella).
- Proven Tier 2 support capability with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Intune/Entra ID, GPO baselines, NinjaOne, ABM, Global Relay, and HRIS integrations.
