Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. Thebase salary range for this position is $109,600 to $139,700 per year.
Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Company believes intotal compensation. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, financial, and other wellbeing benefits.

- Develop and deliver a 35-yearGlobal Category Strategyaligned to business and regional needs
- Lead global sourcing initiatives including RFX processes, negotiations and contract management
- Drive value through total cost of ownership, risk mitigation and supplier consolidation
- Establish and lead effectiveSupplier Relationship Management (SRM)frameworks
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform sourcing and investment decisions
- Partner with global and regional leaders across procurement, finance, supply chain and the business
- Coach and support regional category managers to ensure consistent execution of global strategies
- Define and track category KPIs covering savings, service, innovation and performance
Qualifications
- 7 Years experience in global or regional category management, with a strong track record of developing and executing procurement strategies.
- Commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder, negotiation and leadership skills, and be comfortable operating in a global, matrix organization.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related discipline
- Professional procurement qualification (e.g. CIPS) or postgraduate qualification (desirable)
- Deep experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and contract management
- Strong analytical, influencing and communication skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insight into tangible business outcomes
