- Support international accounting functions
- Monthly financial closing processes and budget planning and improvements
- Improve revenue growth
- Create and reach cash flow goals
- Monitor budget and create business plan
- Manage a global finance team
- Make and meet deadlines as a team and individually
- Financial analysis
- Prepare and submit corporate documents and reports
- Payroll, A/P, A/R administration and development
- 10 years of Accounting or Finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work in a high importance, fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing multiple people
