Financial Analyst

Job Description

Our client is seeking a financial professional to support financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This role will partner across the organization to analyze performance, provide financial insights, and support strategic decision-making and month-end close.

Responsibilities Include

• Provide financial analysis for new product development, including gross margin, NPV, ROI, and post-launch performance.
• Partner with Sales on forecasting, pricing, commissions, rebates, customer incentives, and sales performance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, month-end close, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting packages for leadership, the Board, and banking partners.
• Develop financial models and analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role in manufacturing.
• Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and exposure to large datasets or basic SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
