In addition to maintaining a clinical caseload, this individual will play a key role in clinical supervision, diagnostic assessment, team collaboration, and helping foster a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related concerns
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and psychodiagnostic evaluations
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Support quality clinical outcomes through case consultation, chart review, and clinician development
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture centered on empathy, respect, compassion, and excellence Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD with active New York State licensure
- Strong background in evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based approaches, and related therapies
- Leadership mindset with a passion for mentorship and clinician development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
