The primary objective for the Architect is to build and support established Architectural initiatives leveraged by the Design Manager for both in the office and field, for CDCC / CDE business units. Provide Architectural leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle from design & construction to facilities management.

Provide Architectural leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle from design & construction to facilities management.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide Architectural leadership for Industrial Design / Design-Build projects
- Provide rendered images /videos, construction document production (drawings specifications) as well as marketing material for project pursuits
- Provide and deliver required deliverables for construction document milestones
- Continue development of drafting templates and libraries for Design workflows
- Support 5D / Model Based Estimating collaboration with Preconstruction
- Experience in Industrial construction means and methods especially in the application of technology on a range of project size and complexity.

- Periodic construction site visits to gather project data and information.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Education: Bachelors in Architecture, or related design field
- Experience: 10 years relevant Design-Build experience in the Industrial market
- Skills & Knowledge: Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Lumion, preparation of CSI specifications, Procore
- License: R.A. in Georgia, preferred
