What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource/Office Coordinator position at NPAA?

POSTION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with preparation of new hire orientations (Take photo, order lunch, call next presenter, copy ID’s, set them up in timeclock)
- Maintain personnel files.
- Assist with non-exempt time keeping in Paycom (Check timesheets for missing time, notify manager of missing time and pending PTO, send out reminder to approve timesheets to managers)
- Assist with company events (look for venue, pricing)
- Help with setting up company events.
- Schedule phone interviews and live interviews for managers
- Order supplies for office
- Assist with other clerical and office duties as needed.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma required
- 2-3 years experience in a HR payroll department and manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of HRIS (Paycom) preferred
