Provider’s Role with the Company:
Assist medication management in home and community settings
Medical screening & treatment

Maintain accurate documentation and medical records

Qualifications
Background Profile:
Alaska Registered Nurse Licensure or pending
One year or more nursing experience or behavioral health is ideal
Supervisory experience is ideal
