Nozomu Sushi is looking to add more amazing friends to our team!! As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service in a fine dining environment. Your ability to engage with guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations will enhance their overall experience and contribute to the success of our restaurant.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Explain daily specials, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food orders
- Understand food allergies and accurately modify orders when necessary.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or needs promptly.
- Process payments efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Understand Japanese cuisine and memorize our signature rolls and menu items.
Skills
- Strong sales skills to effectively promote menu items and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Excellent guest services skills to foster positive relationships with patrons.
- Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently and turn tables around in the time alotted.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and culinary terminology is beneficial.
