What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stockroom Assistant position at NOX US?
Job Overview:
Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic team? NOX US is seeking a Stocking Associate to help maintain our inventory and support our maintenance department. Duties:
- Perform physical verification and counting of stock items and office supplies.
- Pull parts promptly for maintenance technicians and production personnel.
- Accurately enter data and update computer databases.
- Operate and maintain scissor lifts, forklifts, and pallet jacks while following safety rules.
- Receive and inspect products to ensure they are not damaged.
- Maintain correct quantities of items on shelves in multiple locations.
- Keep the stockroom clean and orderly, including taking out trash and cardboard.
- Communicate with other shifts about day-to-day issues.
- Communicate with vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher education).
- Experience in a stockroom position is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Forklift certification is preferred, but we will provide training.
- Excellent computer skills.
- OSHA 10 certification is preferred, but we will provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work 8–10-hour shifts according to the production schedule.
Shifts Available:
- 1 position for 2nd shift: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM (train on day shift 8:00AM - 3:00PM)
