Role Description
All tours depart from and return to the school site location. Each bus has a Nowak Tour Manager on board for the entite trip to provide personslized educational information and logistics coordination. The Tour Manager will oversee and ensure smooth execution of group tours, including coordinating with clients and other Nowak Tour staff. Responsibilities include managing logistics during tours, addressing client needs, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional on-site service to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time-management, and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor interactions
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle unexpected situations during tours
- Experience in customer service and event or travel coordination is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
- Availability for on-site work and flexibility xto travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in hospitality, event management, or a related field is a plus
