The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports daily restaurant operations while helping develop team culture, manage profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure consistent execution and service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Manage scheduling, labor tracking, and shift performance.
- Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs to maintain profitability goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety codes (ServSafe certified or ability to obtain).
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate on menu updates, events, and special projects across locations. Uphold company culture and contribute to an exceptional workplace environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
