What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Liability Litigation Attorney, San Diego CA position at Now Hiring You, LLC?
Will be joining a team of trial lawyers and litigators in San Diego who practice in the areas of complex litigation, products liability defense including knowledge of the Song-Beverly Act, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and class action litigation. The team has tried numerous jury trials to verdicts in various jurisdictions as well as in state and federal court in California.
At least 8 years of meaningful litigation experience in complex litigation, class action, and products liability, able to draft and prepare pleadings and discovery, prepare for, take, and defend depositions, manage document production, argue discovery and other motions, and adept at case management, first-rate communicator who possesses outstanding written and oral advocacy skills, able to bring an entrepreneurial spirit to our growing office, exceptional oral and written advocacy skills and have strong communication skills and have excellent academic credentials and you are admitted and in good standing with the California Bar.
Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
