Quality Assurance Technician Lead
Location: Rossville, GA
Pay: Based on Experience with bonus
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (OT as needed)

- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
- Create control plans and complete PPAPs
- Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Support ISO 9001 and continuous improvement initiatives
- 2 years QA experience in metal manufacturing
- Proficient in blueprint reading (1 year)
- Skilled with micrometers/calipers
- Understanding of RCA, FAI, and CPK
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Solid math and analytical abilities
- Must pass background check, drug screen, and skill test
