ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Compile, analyze, and interpret financial information for domestic and international entities, to prepare monthly closing entries and supporting analysis. Identify trends, control deficiencies, or improvement opportunities and formulate action plans as appropriate to implement improvements.
Responsible for the monthly consolidation of the NOW Health Group income statements, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. Ensure accurate reporting and group elimination entries in compliance with GAAP.
Lead the analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including balancing to sub-ledgers where indicated (A/P, A/R, and Inventory). Lead monthly review of trial balance and Puresource financials with Finance Leadership Team.
Responsible for cash management reporting to the CFO and Controller. This includes development and maintenance of a cash flow forecasting model. Duties also include analysis of bank fees and monthly bank statement reconciliation.
Support Treasury functions by maintaining appropriate cash balances in operating accounts. Recommend and initiate cash transfers necessary to fund daily operations.
Partner with tax department to ensure timely delivery of financial data in support of quarterly dividend and tax payments made to, or on the behalf of, shareholders.
Working knowledge of average costing is required to support manufacturing facilities in terms of monthly costing calculations as well as ongoing reporting and analysis.
Actively participate in maintaining and updating accounting policies and procedures.
Interface frequently with outside consultants in support of financial audits and/or company valuations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum of five years of related progressive experience, previous managerial experience is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
