We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a CPA certification to oversee our accounting team in a public accounting setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
