Position Overview: Novva Data Centers is in search of a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Warehouse Logistics Technician to join our team. This pivotal role will collaborate with all departments, ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse and logistics functions. Everything from Incoming/Outgoing deliveries to storage and inventory management. The Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing a proactive attitude and a strong commitment to maintaining operational stability and security. High Level Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Warehouse Logistics: Maintain warehouse workflows for both incoming and outgoing shipments, storage of materials, and internal documentation. Forklift experience a plus. Inventory Management: Process and organize warehouse inventory; conduct physical counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory levels. Manage shipment/inventory documentation to ensure it is up to date. Security Monitoring: Actively support the security of warehouse operations and contents through the implementation and monitoring of security measures. Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Skills: Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations. Forklift experience preferred. PC/Windows/Microsoft Savvy. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for effective collaboration across teams. Lift up to 75 lbs and engage in demanding tasks where needed. Heavy equipment with a lot of foot traffic. Data Center Experience a plus. (Not required) Certifications No certifications required to start; willingness to pursue entry-level certifications is a plus; ability to earn DCCA certification within first 6 months Why Novva?
