As VP of Marketing & Growth, you will be the architect of NovusMinds’ go-to-market strategy and growth engine. You will own brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, and growth experimentation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will both set the vision and roll up your sleeves to execute. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy aligned with company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Own the full marketing funnel: brand awareness, lead generation, conversion optimization, customer engagement, and retention.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, content, demand gen, product marketing, and growth.
• Design and run growth experiments across channels — paid, organic, partnerships, PLG, events — with a rigorous data-driven approach.
• Define NovusMinds’ brand voice, positioning, and messaging to differentiate us in a competitive market.
• Partner with Product to shape go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.
• Collaborate with Sales to build pipeline, refine ICP targeting, and create enablement materials that accelerate deal velocity.
• Own marketing analytics and reporting — set KPIs, build dashboards, and present insights to the executive team.
• Manage marketing budget with a focus on ROI optimization and efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging channels to keep NovusMinds at the forefront.
• 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally at a B2B SaaS or growth-stage technology company.
• Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions that directly drive revenue growth.
• Deep expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, content strategy, and product-led growth.
• Strong analytical skills — you are fluent in marketing metrics, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building and leading teams of 5–20 marketers across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills — you can craft compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering in a cross-functional environment.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
