Responsibilities

- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed for orthodontic assessments.
- Educate patients on orthodontic care, appliance maintenance, and oral hygiene practices.
- Record detailed patient information and treatment notes accurately in electronic health records.
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up visits to ensure timely treatment progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Support administrative tasks such as inventory management of dental supplies and patient correspondence as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably with specialization in orthodontics.
- Certification or licensure in dental assisting is preferred; relevant training or coursework in orthodontics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of orthodontic procedures, appliances, and related equipment.
