We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join a well‑established outpatient behavioral health practice in the Tuscaloosa, Alabama area. Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for patients in an outpatient setting
Collaborate with APPs, therapists, and other psychiatrists to support coordinated care
Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR
Participate in treatment planning and case discussions with the clinical team
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care focusing on patient outcomes and experience
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completed residency in Psychiatry
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active or eligible Alabama medical license
Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative practice
