Novus-Executives is working with a Global investor who are seeking to identify an experienced Director to join their Technology Private Equity team in New York.
The team invests in and partners with exceptional companies and management teams to accelerate transformative growth. Our client deploys globally, focused on late-stage growth and buyout opportunities, with a heavy software focus.
They are uniquely positioned, have a sizeable amount of capital to deploy and a strong track record investing in leaders within the software, technology services, and fintech & payments space globally.
For this, our client is seeking to identify an experienced investor with deep domain expertise in technology, software specifically. Someone with >14 years of experience, coming from a private equity background with a strong track record investing in software verticals and businesses across N. America.
Given their target investments, there is a strong preference for individuals with mid to large cap buyout experience.
