Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of architectural experience.
- Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure.
- Proficiency in Revit and architectural design processes (CAD experience also a plus).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Residency in or near a Novus office is required. Local to Winston-Salem is preferred.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow.
- Provide architectural consultation in planning, design, and coordination of complex projects.
- Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and design strategies.
- Execute drawing production and design documentation under the direction of a Project Manager.
- Develop creative design concepts and presentation materials.
- Review and analyze planning studies, reports, and consultant deliverables.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture (Level II).
- Identify and resolve technical questions to maintain project momentum.
