Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of architectural experience.
• Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit and architectural design processes (CAD experience also a plus).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Residency in or near a Novus office is required. Local to Winston-Salem is preferred.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow.
  
  

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide architectural consultation in planning, design, and coordination of complex projects.
• Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and design strategies.
• Execute drawing production and design documentation under the direction of a Project Manager.
• Develop creative design concepts and presentation materials.
• Review and analyze planning studies, reports, and consultant deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture (Level II).
• Identify and resolve technical questions to maintain project momentum.
