Lead and grow your team, setting clear goals and a high standard
Take full ownership of your area: you make the calls, you own the results
Move fast, ship, and improve as you go instead of waiting for perfect
Work hands-on with other departmend such as Product, Operations, and Marketing in Vienna
Bring your player perspective into every decision, because you're building the gear you play with
