Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive subscriber growth and revenue across all segments (MDU, residential, SMB, enterprise)
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization (inside sales, field sales, channel partners)
- Establish KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline management processes to ensure consistent revenue attainment
- Identify and close strategic partnerships (MDU owners, developers, municipalities, channel partners)
- Own and execute integrated marketing strategies including digital, field marketing, brand, and community engagement
- Drive demand generation campaigns to support new market launches and network expansions
- Oversee customer acquisition funnels, CAC optimization, and lead conversion metrics
- Manage brand positioning and messaging to differentiate in competitive fiber and broadband markets
- Partner with operations, network, and product teams to align market launches with sales and marketing plans
- Develop pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies based on competitive and market insights
- Support new market entry strategies, including pre-launch and launch campaigns
- Build scalable processes, tools, and reporting across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Manage budgets across sales and marketing functions with a focus on ROI and efficient growth
- Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership and investors
- Leverage market data, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to refine strategy
- Champion customer experience across the lifecycle, from acquisition through retention
- 8-12 years of experience in sales and/or marketing leadership within telecommunications, ISP, fiber, or related technology sectors
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a high-growth or startup environment
- Experience selling fiber, broadband, or network solutions to residential, MDU, and/or enterprise customers
- Strong leadership experience building and managing sales and marketing teams
- Deep understanding of telecom sales cycles, channel models, and infrastructure-driven go-to-market strategies
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in fiber overbuilds, greenfield market launches, or rapid network expansion
- Background in MDU/bulk agreements, municipal partnerships, or channel sales
- MBA or relevant advanced degree (preferred but not required)
