The Role & Your Impact

In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and optimizing warehouse and logistics processes as Novonesis transitions to SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). You will work hands‑on with configuration while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and external partners to deliver high‑quality logistics solutions.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the implementation of warehouse and logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on EWM
• Participating in S/4 projects, including roll‑outs to new Novonesis sites
• Performing hands‑on SAP EWM configuration and implementing system changes
• Contributing to user requirements, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing documentation
• Handling incidents and supporting end users and business process managers
• Facilitating both smaller optimizations and larger improvement initiatives across logistics processes
  
  

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

Must‑haves:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in warehouse management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience working with SAP, ideally within S/4HANA implementation projects
• Experience with SAP EWM and logistics solutions in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, production supply, and inventory management
• Ability to translate business needs into system and process requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization
• Ability to understand, challenge, and contribute to technical designs in a complex, global setup

• Experience from process industries or life sciences
• Prior involvement in global roll‑outs or multi‑site implementations
• Familiarity with SAP ECC in a support context

Ways of Working / Working Conditions

This position follows a hybrid working model with an office‑first approach.

You should expect:

• Regular collaboration with colleagues across functions and locations
• Occasional travel to other Novonesis sites to support local implementations
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

Expected salary range: $85k to $110k
