Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the implementation of warehouse and logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on EWM
- Participating in S/4 projects, including roll‑outs to new Novonesis sites
- Performing hands‑on SAP EWM configuration and implementing system changes
- Contributing to user requirements, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing documentation
- Handling incidents and supporting end users and business process managers
- Facilitating both smaller optimizations and larger improvement initiatives across logistics processes
Must‑haves:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in warehouse management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- 2–5 years of hands‑on experience working with SAP, ideally within S/4HANA implementation projects
- Experience with SAP EWM and logistics solutions in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, production supply, and inventory management
- Ability to translate business needs into system and process requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization
- Ability to understand, challenge, and contribute to technical designs in a complex, global setup
Nice‑to‑haves:
- Experience from process industries or life sciences
- Prior involvement in global roll‑outs or multi‑site implementations
- Familiarity with SAP ECC in a support context
- Interest in data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives
