NOVON Consulting has partnered with an Investment Bank and Financial Services firm seeking a mid-level Project Manager (5–12 years) who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to continue growing their career. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, working across business and technology teams, and rolling up their sleeves to drive delivery—not a PM who only wants large-scale, high-visibility programs.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of initiatives ranging from small enhancements to medium and large cross-functional efforts. Projects may include AI-enabled Excel Add‑In deployments, SaaS implementations, application upgrades, and backend infrastructure initiatives.
This role requires someone who is adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable wearing multiple hats across Project Management, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance.
