- Continuously perform all required tasks in a safe manner, adhering to all established safety rules and procedures. Must take immediate action to correct and/or report any unsafe conditions and hazards. 2) Utilize lockout/tagout as required, following established policy; ensure guarding is in place at all times. 3) Follow all safety procedures including but not limited to equipment and pre-shift hoist inspection. 4) Keep work area clean and organized, per standards. 5) Ensure that work is being performed in a manner to produce quality products, according to our quality requirements and specifications. 6) Follow all applicable food service policies and procedures. 7) Follow all PPE policies, wearing steel toed shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, hair nets/beard nets, etc. as required. 8) Set & maintain ink settings throughout the press run, production run. 9) Keep accurate records on press and production runs. 10) Input data into computer as needed. 11) Install doctor blades. 12) Change anilox and rubber rolls as needed. 13) Work with outside vendors and customers. 14) Meet or exceed waste standards for each production run. 15) Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management. What We Need From You
- High school diploma, GED, or applicable work experience.
- Some experience driving a forklift is necessary.
- Must be able to pass forklift training.
- Must be able to operate motorized vehicle and possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Basic PC experience.
- Ability to read tape measure and use of stop watch. What You'll Get From Us
