Packaging Associate | Now Hiring | Santa Fe Springs, CA
Compensation
- Competitive starting pay rate of $18.18 per hour, paid weekly
- Pay: Competitive starting pay rate based on experience and qualifications
- Bonuses: Eligible for a monthly bonus based on plant productivity

Available Shifts
- 1st, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- 2nd, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
- 3rd, 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling and packaging products and monitoring the quality of the product
- Manufacturing/production/warehouse experience desired
- Previous packaging experience a plus
- Previous experience working on a production floor is a plus
Qualifications
- EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Grade 10 or equivalent education; up to and including 3 months of related training or experience
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract 4-digit numbers
- MECHANICAL SKILLS: Basic knowledge of machinery or process required. May be required to stop the machine, shut off glue lines, and clear jammed cartons
- COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Must be able to read, write & understand basic English. Able to communicate effectively, positively interact with coworkers and management, and deal effectively & professionally under pressure
- REASONING ABILITY: The Job requires the use of established guidelines that are well defined or detailed with little or no choice of action. Must make decisions regarding product quality and acceptability
