Job Description
Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s profit and service objectives. This position involves ensuring the accurate and timely handling of customer orders, inquiries, and concerns, while working cross-functionally to maintain strong customer relationships and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with company policies.
- Review orders for lead-time, product availability, and adherence to order policies.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and other functional teams when there are discrepancies or issues with product requirements or capabilities.
- Represent the voice of the customer daily for the Sales and Marketing team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to enhance service levels and provide Novolex with a competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Gather and report data on key account relationships, offering insights on customer satisfaction and evolving requirements to the Sales and Marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred or High School diploma and significant customer service experience in manufacturing environment.
- SAP experience a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review and ensure compliance with order policies.
- Ability to collaborate with various internal departments to resolve customer needs.
- A customer-centric approach, focused on delivering excellent service and satisfaction.
