CDL A Shuttle Driver & Warehouse Material Handler

You start at our Chelmsford production plant at 10:00am, gear up with PPE, and check the day’s transfer schedule. You’ll stage pallets, load the trailer safely, and shuttle materials to and from our satellite warehouse. Back on the floor, you’ll move product with a forklift or pallet jack (once certified), update inventory movements, and flag any damaged or mislabeled items. Throughout the day you’ll collaborate with a tight-knit team, follow Food Safety and Food Defense protocols, and complete the tasks that keep production and shipping on track. Most days wrap by 6:00pm, with occasional overtime and some weekend work when demand spikes.

• Compensation: Pay starts at $35.00/hour and up (DOE), paid bi-weekly.
• Schedule: 10:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday; some weekends and overtime as needed.
• Location focus: Transfers between the Chelmsford production plant and warehouse.

• Operate safely at all times; wear required PPE and uphold company safety policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse/production areas and to/from our satellite warehouse.
• After training/certification, operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Record material movements accurately and maintain clear inventory documentation.
• Work as part of a team to meet production and shipping schedules.
• Notify a Supervisor of damaged product, mislabeling, or inventory discrepancies.
• Follow all Food Safety and Food Defense procedures.
• Complete required monthly computer-based and classroom safety training.
• Pitch in with other duties as assigned.

• Experienced commercial driver with a valid Class A CDL and current medical certificate.
• Clear communication skills in English and/or Spanish (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with basic math (counting, addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Attention to detail and strong hand–eye coordination.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

• On your feet and moving up to 90% of the shift.
• Capable of bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and routinely lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Manufacturing/warehouse setting with seasonal heat/cold and operational noise.

• Driver's License
• Forklift Licensed
• Current CDL License

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
